• We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date

   

• To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received your original order (replacements aren’t eligible for a refund). Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee

• Any customized items are not returnable and refundable

      Natural Pearl Wear & Tear

     

     Any natural pearl nearly always has blemish mark, bump or lines on their surface         called "Pealing", so pearls with a completely clean surface are extremely rare

      ( by the grade of pearls A-AAA) 

      Also jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver and gold items can             tarnish slightly over time given various skin oil types (since they are not

      solid gold pieces). Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals,

      please follow the proper jewelry care technique prolongs its process.
